Digital Product Nature:
eBooks are digital products delivered electronically to your device, and once the eBook has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered consumed. Given the nature of digital goods, we have a specific refund policy in place.
We understand that circumstances may arise where you may request a refund for an eBook. Refund requests are eligible under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Purchase: In the event that you accidentally purchase the same eBook twice, we will process a refund for the duplicate purchase.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or downloading the eBook, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to provide a resolution, a refund may be issued.
- Valid cancelation: You can cancel within 12 hours since placing the order. After that, we won’t accept cancel for any reasons.
To request a refund for an eligible eBook purchase, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Please provide your order number, the title of the eBook you wish to refund, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- Assessment: Our customer support team will review your request and assess its eligibility based on our refund policy.
- Refund Confirmation: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Please be aware that refund requests will not be eligible under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for eBook purchases due to change of mind or personal preferences.
- Downloaded or Accessed eBooks: Once you have downloaded or accessed the eBook, it is considered consumed, and refund requests will not be approved.
- You purchased the eBook because you thought that this was a physical book: We have made it very clear that our products are electronic and not physical in the description as well as the title of the product.
- You don’t need the eBook anymore due to unforeseen circumstances (dropping classes, professors changing books, etc.).
- You wanted another title but mistook the eBook you bought for that title: We have included in great detail the cover, title, ISBNs, Amazon description of the eBook so there is no way that you can mistake this eBook for another.
- The page numbers of the eBook differ from those of the hardcopy. It is common knowledge that some types of eBooks (especially EPUB, MOBI, AZW) do not have the same page numbers as the their hardcopy counterparts. Please contact us first about the page numbers before purchasing.
- The book has some minor quality problem and we can find a better replacement for you: We won’t refund incase that you complain about some minor quality problem such as blur pages, the text is extremely small, it is difficult to read, or the content of the page is printed incorrectly, … and we found a replacement ebook.
